We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team delivering major transport infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

The Opportunity You will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil and transport infrastructure projects, working closely with the Project Manager, site teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing engineering and construction activities across project work fronts.
- Supporting project planning, programming, cost control and reporting.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Managing quality assurance, ITPs, technical documentation and project records.
- Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues.
- Monitoring progress, productivity and project performance.
- Working closely with the client and other project stakeholders.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
Essential:
- Relevant engineering qualification.
- Demonstrated Project Engineer experience within civil or transport infrastructure.
- Previous experience working on TMR or TfNSW projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality and project controls.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating construction activities.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a project team.
