Apply directAs a Global Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller of Cybereason G.K., you will be responsible for the consolidation accounting for the worldwide subsidiaries and overseeing accounting and financial operations for those offices. You will also be a part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes. This person will report to the Director of Accounting.
What you will do
- Managing the entire monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting for the worldwide group companies
- Delivering the consolidation
- Reviewing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances
- Liaison with accounting and finance members in the subsidiaries and set governance over them
- Responsible for establishing and streamlining the closing process and cadences
- Providing monthly reports to leadership
- Analyzing variance vs. historical data, and providing explanations and suggestions
- Dealing with auditors for regular audits and IPO
Requirements
What we look for
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in consolidation accounting
- Business-level English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing, and fluency in Japanese
- Management experience of overseas operations or worked in a global environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to own the operation independently and professionally
- Team player with leadership
- US CPA and Big 4 experience preferred
