Working closely with managers and employees, you will ensure rosters are accurately prepared, maintained, and communicated while supporting compliance with workplace agreements, fatigue management requirements, and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain employee rosters and shift schedules.
- Respond to roster-related enquiries from staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure roster compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee and roster records.
- Reconcile roster information with timesheets and payroll requirements.
- Produce reports and analyse workforce and roster data.
- Support workforce administration and operational planning activities.
About You
- Experience in rostering, workforce planning, HR administration, payroll support, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing tasks.
- Experience using workforce, HR, or rostering systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data-reporting capability highly regarded.
