We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/HR Administrator to join a busy organisation on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable HR professional who enjoys variety and can provide hands-on operational support across the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day HR administration support, allowing the broader HR team to focus on key projects and strategic initiatives. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing a broad range of HR coordination activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR administration and coordination support
- Assist with recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment tracking and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support HRIS administration, including data updates, data cleansing, audits and system improvements
- Assist with HR reporting, workflow tracking and documentation management
- Respond to general HR queries and provide support to employees and managers
- Assist with HR policies, compliance administration and general HR projects as required
- Provide support across HSE and insurance-related administration
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR coordination
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Experience with HR systems/HRIS (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded but not essential)
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to assist where needed
