Client
One of our federal government clients are looking for an experienced Senior SOE Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. 

Role
Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and system administrators to improve and optimise the implementation, use and management of ICT and business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues.
• Actively engage with team members to leverage solution expertise and contribute to the growth of the organisation's knowledge base.
• Participate in software configuration planning and management activities.
• Proactively identify and communicate any design, build, testing, quality, risk, assumption, or dependency issues to management.
• Produce system design, implementation documentation, and relevant procedures and policies.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable compliance, governance, and security requirements within the ICT environment.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft endpoint management and device engineering
• SOE Design, build and automation
• Identity and access management integration
• Endpoint security hardening and compliance
• Enterprise integration and modern workplace technologies
