The Job
- Work from their Dallas office as a hands-on biller, scaling a team around you.
- Cover Cloud / AWS / GCP / Azure markets, picking off the perm roles from their existing client base.
- Cover your existing tech areas in addition to give you a secure platform to launch from
- As you scale, implement a plan for BD and grow your team to 15+
About You
- Hands-on biller, probably annoyed that you don't have access to a superb back office, training, marketing and resourcing teams.
- Comfortable with leadership and turning recruiters into big billers.
- Tech recruiter who understands the complexities of working with many tech clients.
Salary and Package
- Up to $150k fixed, total earnings of $250k-$300k
- PLUS profit share from the role on top
