We're partnering on the launch of an exciting new dining destination set within one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront locations, and we're searching for a charismatic Food & Beverage Manager to help bring it to life from day one.
This isn't about maintaining an existing operation. It's about creating one. A flagship. From building the culture and assembling your team to refining the guest journey and driving commercial success, you'll be the person setting the standard for a venue designed to become a favourite with both locals and visitors alike.
With a produce-driven menu, all-day dining, shared plates, events, private functions and an evolving food & beverage offering, this is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on a flagship hospitality project from the very beginning.
The Opportunity You'll work alongside an experienced General Manager and Executive Chef to establish a premium venue that balances exceptional hospitality with strong commercial performance.
You'll spend your time, leading from the front, on the floor.
Greeting guests. Coaching your team. Working alongside service. Jumping behind the coffee machine when needed. Watching every detail. Creating an atmosphere people genuinely want to return to.
Equally, you'll understand the business behind great hospitality.
Labour, rostering, food costs, stock control, forecasting and P&L ownership are all part of your world.
As the venue grows, so will the offering, expanding from breakfast into lunch, dinner, events, private dining and catering, giving you genuine ownership over its evolution.
What You'll Bring:
You'll likely come from premium restaurants, lifestyle hospitality or elevated dining groups where service standards genuinely matter.
You might already be an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, a Venue Manager running a quality restaurant, or a senior Food & Beverage Supervisor from a larger-scale operation who knows they're ready for the next step.
