Construction Worker  

A growing construction/remodeling company is seeking an experienced Construction Worker to join its team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong remodeling background who can work independently and confidently complete a variety of residential construction projects. The company is looking for an experienced tradesperson rather than an entry-level helper, so candidates should be comfortable jumping into projects and knowing how to get the work done.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential remodeling and construction work

  • Complete siding and window installation

  • Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling

  • Handle a variety of general remodeling and construction projects

  • Work independently and as part of a construction team

  • Complete assigned work safely and efficiently

  • Maintain quality workmanship throughout projects

  • Assist with additional construction and remodeling needs as projects require

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong construction and remodeling background

  • Experience with siding, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms

  • Well-rounded hands-on construction skills

  • Ability to work independently without requiring extensive supervision

  • Ability to complete remodeling work with minimal training or direction

  • Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on construction work

Benefits/Compensation

  • $25+/hr based on experience

  • Overtime available on a job-to-job basis
