Analytics Manager

As Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's analytics capability, including enterprise reporting, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics governance, and self-service reporting initiatives.
You will play a key role in defining analytics strategy, uplifting data maturity, establishing reporting standards, and delivering innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Own and enhance enterprise reporting and dashboarding capabilities using Power BI.
• Drive the adoption of self-service analytics and reporting standards.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance through data and insights.
• Oversee data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting consistency.
• Support the ongoing development of the enterprise data warehouse and analytics platform.
• Deliver analytics initiatives that provide measurable business value.

About You:

• Proven experience leading analytics, BI, or reporting teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Git, and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytics architecture, and data governance.
• Experience delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
