Responsibilities

• Partnering with teams to translate roadmaps into actionable programs.
• Coordinating release planning across departments to ensure readiness.
• Establishing governance for strategic initiatives and standardizing reporting.
• Identifying risks and dependencies to maintain smooth workflows.
• Facilitating program reviews and updates for stakeholders.
• Designing efficient processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
