About the role
As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will drive commercial growth and partnerships, expand market reach, and secure new business opportunities for the organisation's products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and product/service offerings
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements and contracts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Drive commercial sales initiatives and campaigns to meet revenue targets
- Prepare regular reports on commercial business development activities and performance.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in commercial business development, preferably in the tyre industry
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
