Deine Aufgaben:
- Analyse und Bewertung der bestehenden Jobsteuerungs- und Workload-Automation-Landschaft
- Prüfung und kritische Bewertung des geplanten Transformations- und Transition-Ansatzes
- Beratung bei einem strategischen Herstellerwechsel der bestehenden Jobsteuerungslösung
- Entwicklung bzw. Optimierung von Vorgehensmodell, Zielarchitektur und Transitionsplanung
- Bewertung von Projektorganisation, Rollenmodell, Governance und Team-Setup
- Identifikation von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Einbringen von Best Practices und Erfahrungen aus vergleichbaren Transformationsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei der strukturellen Vorbereitung der späteren Migration und Betriebsübernahme
Dein Profil:
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Jobsteuerung / Enterprise Workload Automation
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung aus mehreren Transformations-, Migrations- oder Herstellerwechselprojekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mindestens einer relevanten Plattform wie Broadcom Automic/UC4, BMC Control-M, Beta Systems ANOW!, IBM IWA, HCL Workload Automation oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Analyse komplexer Jobsteuerungslandschaften
- Fundiertes Architekturverständnis im Enterprise-IT-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Bewertung von Transition-, Governance- und Organisationsmodellen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Begleitung komplexer Transformationsprogramme
- Kombination aus technischer Architekturkompetenz und Projekt-/Programmmanagement-Erfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Beratungsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung darin, bestehende Konzepte kritisch zu hinterfragen
- Erfahrung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil
Rahmenparameter:
- Einsatzort: Remote
- Laufzeit: asap, perspektivisch langfristig bis mindestens Ende 2027
- Auslastung: 2026 voraussichtlich ca. 2–3 PT/Woche, ab 2027 perspektivisch Vollzeit
