EQUIP People is building a pool of experienced truck drivers across Palmerston North and the wider Manawatū for upcoming opportunities with our clients.
We regularly work with businesses across transport, construction, manufacturing, concrete, logistics and other industries, so the type of work can vary.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the role, work may include:
- Local and regional deliveries
- Driving Class 2, 4 or 5 vehicles
- Loading and unloading
- Transporting materials, products or equipment
- Completing vehicle checks and basic paperwork
- Following site and road safety requirements
- Communicating with customers, clients and site teams
- Current NZ Class 2, 4 or 5 licence
- Recent commercial driving experience
- Reliable and safety-focused approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Road Ranger experience is advantageous
- Concrete mixer or heavy transport experience is advantageous
- Access to a range of upcoming driving opportunities
- Local work across Palmerston North and the wider Manawatū
- Opportunities ranging from casual through to ongoing assignments
- Competitive pay depending on the role and your experience
