主な業務内容
- コンプライアンスプログラムの企画、運営、改善
- 各種法令・規制および社内ポリシーへの対応支援
- 事業部門に対するコンプライアンスアドバイスの提供
- コンプライアンスリスクの特定、評価、モニタリング
- 社内研修や啓発活動の企画・実施
- 内部通報、調査案件、インシデント対応の支援
- 第三者リスク管理およびデューデリジェンス対応
- 海外拠点やグローバルチームとの連携による施策推進
- ガバナンスや内部統制の高度化に向けた各種プロジェクトの推進
応募要件（必須）
- コンプライアンス、リスク管理、内部統制、監査等の実務経験
- 金融業界での勤務経験
- 関係部署を巻き込みながら施策を推進できる能力
- 英語を用いた業務遂行経験またはグローバル環境での業務経験

- 多国籍企業におけるコンプライアンス業務経験
- 金融規制、贈収賄防止、AML、制裁規制等の知見
- 内部監査または内部統制経験
