The Role:
In this role, you will provide tailored, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients across a wide age range, within a customer-centred care model. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans aligned with NDIS goals, and delivering targeted interventions to support independence and capacity building. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to innovative practices aimed at achieving positive outcomes for clients. Your work will have a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those you serve, promoting recovery, independence, and quality of life.
You will also be involved in supporting team supervision, sharing your expertise, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help create a supportive environment for clients and colleagues while enhancing the overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check and Police Check
