Foreman - Apartment Builder Developer - Projects $60M-$200M

As a Foreman, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a $60M Class 2 high-rise residential apartment project in Villawood, Sydney. 

The Role
As Foreman, you will support the Site Manager in the delivery of a major high-rise apartment development, overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
• Supporting the delivery of program, cost, quality and safety targets
• Coordinating trades, consultants and site logistics
• Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
• Supervising and supporting site-based teams and subcontractors
• Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Utilising site systems including Hamertech and Procore

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on high-rise residential apartment projects
• Strong experience across structure, fit-out, basements, finishing stages and defect management
• Solid understanding of buildability, sequencing and site logistics on complex high-rise apartment projects
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Construction-related qualification or trade background (both considered)
