As a key member of the Sports Medicine team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a core group of high-profile surgeon customers across Melbourne metro.
• Providing clinical and technical support in the operating theatre to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and surgeons.
• Driving education and training initiatives for surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital teams.
• Collaborating with a passionate team to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Representing a diverse product portfolio at the cutting edge of sports medicine and orthopaedic innovation.

This is a relationship-driven role where you will be a trusted partner to surgeons, ensuring they are supported with the latest solutions and insights to deliver world-class care.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in medical devices, ideally orthopaedics or sports medicine – or strong clinical experience (e.g., physiotherapy, nursing, exercise science, or similar) with a desire to move into a commercial role.
• A passion for learning and the ability to excel in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer care.
• A self-driven, motivated mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
