About the Role

• Maintain positive relationships with leadership and team members
• Conduct tours and orientations for new hires
• Support safety, cleanliness, and security standards
• Assist with disciplinary actions and motivate associates
• Be mobile and physically active throughout the shift
• Operate with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility

Pay Rate:
$17.50/hr

Available Shift Times:
Tuesday - Friday, 10:00AM - 8:30PM (training at 9:00AM - 5:00PM for first 2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and motivation to associates
• Conduct orientations and tours for potential candidates
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist in maintaining positive working relationships
• Handle disciplinary actions when necessary
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership
• Support flexible work hours and overtime as needed

Key Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active for the shift duration
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work across departments and overtime
• Ability to pass background check
• Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and team-building skills
