Opportunity

· The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving delivery, governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the project remains on track against scope, budget and regulatory obligations.

· This is an excellent opportunity for a senior project professional, with a background within superannuation, who enjoys navigating complex environments, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering outcomes within highly regulated industries.



Responsibilities

You will take ownership of significant implementations, leading all aspects of delivery including:

· Managing projects from planning through to implementation and operational handover.

· Driving project governance, reporting, risk management and financial control.

· Managing multiple internal stakeholders, executive sponsors and third-party vendors.

· Leading cross-functional project teams across business and technology.

· Producing executive and Steering Committee reporting, ensuring clear visibility of project health, milestones and delivery risks.



Experience

· 10+ years' Project Management experience delivering enterprise-wide technology or business transformation programs.

· Superannuation industry experience is essential. You'll understand the regulatory landscape, industry vendors, governance frameworks and the complexity of delivering projects within a superannuation environment.

· Demonstrated experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives.

· Strong understanding of vendor management and third-party delivery models.

· Proven experience managing multiple vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams.

· Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and benefits tracking.

· Experience delivering large-scale technology implementation projects.
