• Management of Private Patient Packs supply with the Volunteers
• Private Patient Pack and Voucher supply to ED and wards
• Little Lion Reconciliation and payments
• Scanning HC21s and CTFs -Scanning and allocating to AR
• Scanning IFCs and Ward Voucher Allocation sheets
• Distribution of private patient vouchers as required
• Cashier support, Eftpos, cheque register, remittance, mail and parking refunds
• Printing and distributing IFC and OVV paperwork as required
• Stationary management
• Edit checks and flags checks in PBRC - OP, MPW, SPS, Radiology and ED Flags
• Printing • Docusign Administration
• Meeting minutes
• Management of the 6 month oncology program
• Taking payments from OVV and OVS families
• Organising social engagements for the Revenue Team
• Disposal of expired vouchers and emptying of confidentiality bins
• Fund checks
• Assistance with Accounts Receivable Duties
• Other duties as directed
