- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls within power generation, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, gas-fired power generation, or large-scale construction.
- Strong proficiency with project scheduling and management software, including Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 experience is preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex, multi-phase project schedules.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, construction, operations, and external project partners.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Data center project experience is highly preferred.
