Position Highlights:
- Lead a multidisciplinary child and adolescent behavioral health team
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment from preschool through age 25
- Provide clinical oversight across General Outpatient Psychiatry, PHP, IOP and autism services
- Opportunity to focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collaborate with psychology, social work, family therapy, speech therapy and case management teams
- Support program development, quality initiatives and clinical operations
- Participate in statewide psychiatric consultation services
- Inpatient call opportunities available

- Academic opportunities with medical students, residents, fellows and other behavioral health trainees
- Opportunity for teaching, research and scholarly activity

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care and clinical leadership preferred
- Expertise in psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment preferred
- Broad experience with comprehensive ambulatory program operations preferred
- Strong administrative and leadership skills preferred
