Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service through coaching and leading by example
- Assist with rostering, merchandising, stock control and administrative tasks
- Maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards
- Previous experience in retail leadership or a strong sales background is preffered
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Organised, hands-on and confident managing day-to-day store operations
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
