Construction Project Manager - Coaching Position

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager who's delivered projects from tender through to handover and is craving a career pivot?

My client is offering a unique opportunity to join a genuinely successful Trades & Construction Coaching business in NSW.

This is not a traditional project delivery role. You will be delivering coaching sessions with the team, for the clients base who are trades & construction

Clients range in size up to tens of millions in turnover and are mostly in the Residential space

Open to location in NSW/QLD but Newcastle or Sydney based candidates are preferred - initial onboarding week and then mostly a WFH role

What You'll Be Doing

• Coaching and mentoring Construction PMs/ business owners via mostly online sessions, group and individual, as well as helping hold them accountable for their growth plans
• Sharing practical, real-world project management expertise and guidance
• Reviewing project challenges and helping clients find solutions
• Delivering coaching sessions, workshops and training content alongside your colleagues in this business
• Helping PMs improve project profitability, communication and performance
• Contributing to the coaching frameworks and programs available

What my client is looking For

A PM with end-to-end Construction Project Management / Site Management experience - residential or commercial/civil

• Tender and bid support
• Planning and procurement
• Contract administration
• Budget and cost management
• Programme management
• Stakeholder and client management
• Delivery and construction phases
• Defects and project handover
• Commercial and financial accountability
