Day to day you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of NSW workers compensation matters from inception through to resolution
- Develop case strategies and provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Prepare applications, submissions, correspondence, statements and settlement documentation
- Represent clients in the Personal Injury Commission and participate in negotiations, conferences and mediations
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and empathetic, responsive service
- Work closely with experienced practitioners and support staff to achieve strong client outcomes
- Manage files efficiently while meeting relevant legislative, procedural and professional requirements
- Work within a growing specialist personal injury practice with a strong client focus

- Strong organisation, attention to detail and file management skills
