We are working exclusively to recruit a Payroll Manager to take ownership of an end to end payroll function and lead exciting system and process improvements.
As the Payroll Manager, you will:

Manage the full payroll cycle for 800+ employees.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, benefits, and deductions.

Maintain compliance with legislation, awards, and Enterprise Agreements.

Lead payroll audits and improve governance.

Deliver monthly payroll reporting and insights to the Executive Team.

Drive system improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies.

Oversee payroll reconciliations and work closely with Finance and HR.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Payroll Lead.

Provide guidance to managers across the organisation on payroll processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves improving processes.

Strong experience managing payroll in a medium organisation.

Ability to interpret and apply complex awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
