A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. With a team based approach and retention oriented leadership team, find longevity and career satisfaction via this rocky mountain metropolitan opportunity.
Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience encouraged to apply.
Position Details:
• 100% outpatient role - 4-day work week.
• No call, weekends, nights, or holidays.
• 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc.
• Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
• Competitive base salary guarantee - provider experience considered.
• EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
