About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity for a Business Development / Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth and develop relationships within a commercially focused environment. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing customer accounts, and contributing to strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business development and prospecting
- Engage in cold calling and online market research
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Manage accounts and sales activities
- Plan and conduct customer visits
- Develop relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Support stock management and commercial decision-making
- Manage domestic and international business opportunities.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong capability in cold calling and relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong commercial awareness
- Experience working autonomously and managing customer relationships
- Background in technical sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or industrial sectors preferred.
