- Carry out abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Apply industrial and protective coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
- Select the right materials and coatings for each project
- Complete quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial painting and blasting
- Experience with blasting equipment and industrial coatings
- Good understanding of surface preparation and coating systems
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- EWP High Risk Licence
- White Card
