Fetch Recruitment is looking for experienced Industrial Painters & Blasters to join a growing team working on major projects across various sites in Melbourne.

Key Duties
  • Carry out abrasive blasting and surface preparation
  • Apply industrial and protective coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
  • Select the right materials and coatings for each project
  • Complete quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues
  • Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial painting and blasting
  • Experience with blasting equipment and industrial coatings
  • Good understanding of surface preparation and coating systems
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
  • EWP High Risk Licence
  • White Card
