We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic hospitality staff for upcoming sporting events and stadium functions.

We are currently seeking experienced Chefs, Cooks and Food Runners to work at major stadium venues in Brisbane

Typical Shift Times

  • Midweek evening games and events
  • Weekend sporting fixtures
  • Flexible casual roster based on event schedules

Food Runners

  • Plating and presenting food
  • Delivering meals efficiently to service areas
  • Assisting kitchen and outlet teams during peak periods

Cooks

  • Cooking burgers, fries and other stadium-style menu items
  • Food preparation and quality control
  • Maintaining food safety standards

Knife Hands

  • Cutting, trimming and preparing meat products
  • Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with food preparation
  • Following safe food handling procedures

Qualified Chefs

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
  • Supervising food preparation areas
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Previous hospitality, kitchen, catering or stadium/event experience preferred

  • Reliable transport to and from venues
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Food Safety Certificate (desirable)
