Maintenance Engineer

Lodestone Recruitment are working in partnership with our client in the Bradford area who have a requirement looking for a Maintenance Engineer. Working within small close knit team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build a career and progress in a well-established company in the area. The role is a unique one with it being on regular days and they are looking for someone with experience of Machine Tool or CNCs.

What We Are Looking For

Our client is interested in candidates who have the following:

• Ideally be apprentice trained or have an HNC as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Must have experience of maintenance work on CNC Machines or Machine Tools.
• Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics.
• Experience of mechanical maintenance on things like motors, bearings, pumps, valves, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, cooling systems.
• ideally have electrical skills or have a desire to learn.
• Skilled in reading schematic drawings.
• Ideally have knowledge of fault finding on Fanuc controlled machines, Siemens PLCs or similar.
• Ideally have a valid Fork lift truck, cherry picker, scissor lift licences (not essential).

What Do You Get?

The successful Maintenance Engineer will receive the following:

• A salary of £41,500/annum + overtime paid at T1/2
• Regular days - Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm (39 hour week)
• Overtime available and paid at T1/2
• Permanent position from day one
• 25 days annual leave plus stats
• Onsite parking.
• Ongoing training and development.
