Mergent Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Duct Installer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install mechanical service ductwork, ensuring accuracy, proper fit, and compliance with project specifications
  • Install and mount fan coil units, fans, flexible ducting, and grilles to support HVAC system performance
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Follow all safety procedures and site protocols to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work area
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure system integrity and performance

About the Role:

  • Full-time position
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm work hours 
  • Monthly RDO
  • Competitive pay rates
  • Work across Adelaide and metropolitan areas

Skills & Experience:

  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC installations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Good level of physical fitness
