We’re looking for someone with chain retail experience, maturity and plenty of energy. You’ll be commercially focused but equally passionate about your people, comfortable setting clear expectations and confident getting involved in the day-to-day running of the store.

What you’ll bring
- Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
- Experience within a structured, chain-style retail environment
- A strong focus on sales, customer experience and store standards
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the sales floor
- Strong commercial awareness and accountability for store performance
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive personality
- Maturity, resilience and the confidence to take ownership
- Annual discretionary bonus based on sales performance and cost control
- 40 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday
- A varied roster designed around contracted hours, with a strong focus on work-life balance
- Lead a team of 12 with support from two Supervisors
