About the Role Based in Geelong, this HR Advisor position offers a true generalist remit with an emphasis on Industrial Relations. Reporting to an experienced and approachable People & Culture leader, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.
You will play a key role in managing employee relations matters, interpreting industrial instruments, and supporting leaders through a range of workforce challenges in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
Partner with leaders on employee relations and Industrial Relations matters
Interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements (EBAs), and employment legislation
Manage casework including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
About You
4–6 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
Proven experience in Industrial Relations, including EBA interpretation
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and frameworks
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
