Johnston Memorial Hospital Abington VA  

 

  •          7 on/ 7off   12 hour shifts
  •          Board certified Internal Medicine,  Boarded FMs with (a lot of experience)
  •          ACLS required
  •           Procedures preferred but not required.
  •          No intensivists. 
  •          Docs are backed up by experienced ACPs.
  •          Daytime docs will round on 18-22 ppd.
  •          Usually 4-6 admits per shift.
  •          Doc needs to have experience working with ED docs to coordinate patient flow up to the floor.
  •          Dr. Vashist will try to do an advanced interview.
  •          EMR: Cerner-Soarian. 
  •          Doc will be required to complete charts before we will process his or her timesheet. 
  •          We have electronic, secure sign in after they depart if they can’t finish up on the day they leave.
  •          If they leave with outstanding charts, we want them to let both the ACP and Gail Guy know about it and why.
  •          Pay $170-$190
