As a Client full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the North America Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with Sales backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is remote in the US.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.

• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.

• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, culture, and values.

• Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for our client and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.

• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.

• Support our client's diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

The Experience You Have:

• 3 years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner

• Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

• Strong sourcing techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience
