CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector

Position Overview

An established manufacturing company in the Tulsa area is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support its quality and inspection operations.

This position will be responsible for developing and executing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs, inspecting precision-manufactured components, and ensuring products meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dimensional inspection, CMM programming, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain CMM programs to inspect precision-machined components and assemblies.

• Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform dimensional inspections.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine inspection requirements.

• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to verify part specifications.

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections as required.

• Analyze inspection results and identify dimensional discrepancies or nonconforming parts.

• Generate inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.

• Work closely with machining
