Overview
A leading organization is seeking a Project Coordinator II to provide administrative and operational support for project and program activities. This role will assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, communication, and project tracking to support efficient execution of ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and communication
- Update and maintain project plans and project-related documents
- Collect, validate, and organize project information
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and performance metrics
- Coordinate operational activities related to damage prevention programs, including:
- Standby scheduling
- Mutual agreements
- Late ticket reporting
- Driver reports
- Performance data management
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure efficient program execution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Approachable, professional, and adaptable demeanor
