We are seeking a talented, motivated Distribution Manager who thrives working with distributors, SBCS, Net World and TD Synnex.  This fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB customer base through expansion and acquisition of net-new customers with distributors.  Collaboration with our Account Executive team, you will plan and enable system integrators. This role reports into our Country Manager.  

 

What you’ll be working on

 

Sales development and management of Barracuda brand products, including but not limited to, channel development, management and training.  

Meet regional and individual sales objectives with accurate forecasting with account executives
Consistently outperform sales quotas; Achievement driven;

Highly competitive
Preparing and completing action plans
Ability to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within organizations

What you bring to the role

 

6-8 years sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in network security and storage  

Experience in channel sales and management particularly with distributors, SBCS, Net World and TD Synnex. 

Excellent presentation skills and communication skills both verbally and written in Japanese, optionally in English. 

Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience with prospecting, solution demonstration, problem solving, closing, and customer management.

High energy and positive attitude.
