What you can expect
Zoom is looking for a Partner Solution Engineer to support the MEA region. The ideal Partner SE is passionate about our Zoom products and can act as the partner’s trusted advisor / technical consultant. This individual will work with Partners to help create the customer’s true UCaaS platform.

Responsibilities
Maintaining and building good relationships with the Partner’s Pre-sales team
Acting as the technical go to person for Zoom and our Partners
Providing technical expertise to support and onboard partners in technical proficiency with the Zoom Platform
Enabling our partners in the new way of selling, implementing, and managing the Zoom UCaaS and/or CCaaS platform
Working closely with the Zoom CAMs, and Pre-sales team to update and share the partner technical enablement strategy
Working with partners’ technical teams in opportunities and projects; complement their skill and help assure high quality customer deliverable
Participating in key partner technical escalation and provide appropriate assistance to expedite resolution for both Partners and customers
What we’re looking for
Have experience in a customer / partner focused sales engineering role
Have experience in the unified communications industry
Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
Be experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture and technology such as SIP and others
Have experience in training on technical solutions Have experience with one or more UCaaS vendors, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Ringcentral
Be fluent in Arabic
Have the ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers - executives, end-users, developers
