NESCO Resource is partnering with an industry leader in the Capital District in its search for a Senior HR professional to help lead its companies benefits and compensation programs. Our client offers a very competitive compensation plan, good quality of life, hybrid/remote work arrangement, and opportunities for growth.

The Senior HR Analyst will lead organization-wide efforts to develop marketable and sustainable benefit and compensation plans while also serving as a business partner for a group of teams.

This will include:

  • Develop and administers employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance plans.
  • Maintain strong communication with companies’ vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Manages the open enrollment, benefit changes, and terms
  • Oversee the companies HRIS’ maintaining up to date and accurate employee files
  • Processes and tracks leave-of-absence requests including FMLA, disability, and personal leave

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required;
  • A minimum of five years progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience with benefits and compensation administration; including benchmarking
  • PHR or SPHR Certification desirable;
  • Willingness to be very hands on with process implementation and development
