Capstone are partnering with a privately owned developer builder redefining urban living across Sydney.

 

With a $2bn+ pipeline of mixed-use, BTR, and residential developments, they are at the forefront of MMC style builds, delivering high-quality, community focused projects from concept through to completion.

 

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing delivery team.

 

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a fully integrated developer / builder working across landmark projects in the Living Sector, including BTR and large scale mixed-use developments.

 

You will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with development, construction, and delivery teams across the full lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • End to end contract administration across large-scale projects
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Head contract and subcontract negotiations
  • Variations, claims, and risk management
  • Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
  • Driving value engineering and cost efficiencies

 

About You
  • 6-10+ years experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA
  • Experience on major residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
  • Exposure to developer builder or Tier 1/2 contractors
  • Genuine interest and passion in MMC
  • Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontract management
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
