What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while providing technical guidance across projects and teams. Responsibilities include:

• Driving technical solutions and engineering best practices
• Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
• Leading code reviews and contributing to architectural discussions
• Collaborating with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Guiding and mentoring fellow engineers
• Supporting modern DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and automation practices
• Solving challenging technical problems and identifying innovative approaches to delivery 

What We're Looking For
We're interested in engineers who bring both technical depth and leadership capability.
You will ideally have:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, modules, or workstreams
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design
• Expertise in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Agile delivery, DevOps, and secure development practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and mentoring others
