About the Role

This is a hands-on Office Manager role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

You will be the central point of coordination, managing operations, supporting the team, and creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a high standard of presentation
  • Manage suppliers, facilities, and office upkeep
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and guest experience
  • Support onboarding and internal team logistics
  • Manage office-related finance administration (invoices, expenses, reconciliations)
  • Maintain systems, processes, and contact databases
  • Provide general administrative and team support
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in office management, administration, or operations roles
  • Warm, professional, and highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable with basic finance administration (Xero experience advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset
