主要职责

• 负责数据库管控平台的设计、开发及维护工作，提升系统的整体稳定性、性能、可扩展性等，为业务提供高效可靠的数据库服务
• 负责数据库自动化运维工具的设计、开发及维护，实现数据库资源的自动化分配、部署、扩缩容和迁移
• 设计并实现数据库权限管理系统，确保数据访问安全合规
• 开发数据库监控告警平台，实现对数据库性能、可用性的实时监控和智能告警
• 独立完成数据库管控相关服务的技术架构设计，编码，测试和文档编写；并能推动业务方配合落地
• 调研和跟进业界先进的数据库管控技术和产品，持续优化现有系统架构和功能
• 系统核心部分代码编写，疑难问题解决
• 构建高可用数据库服务体系，实现数据库故障的自动检测和快速恢复能力

任职要求

• 精通Java或Golang中的至少一种
• 3-8年Java或Golang一线开发经验，对使用过的开源框架能了解内部原理和机制
• 代码方面，追求可读性，可复用性，在团队内形成良好的合作关系
• 有数据库管控平台或数据库中间件开发经验
• 对至少一种主流数据库有深入理解（MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/ElasticSearch等）
• 熟悉数据库核心原理，包括事务处理、索引优化、高可用架构等
• 对技术问题有清晰的分析逻辑和全局思维，能提出具有创造性的解决思路和方案
• 出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够将复杂的技术概念清晰地传达给团队和业务方
• 能够在跨职能团队中有效工作并为合作项目做出贡献，展示领导力并主动推动项目目标
• 有数据库自动化运维、数据库性能优化经验者优先
• 有AI 提效经验（AI coding等），拥抱AI；
• 良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档和参与国际技术交流；
