Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

Are you an experienced clinical project leader who thrives in fast‑moving, early‑phase environments? Our client, a rapidly expanding Australian CRO with a long-standing reputation for excellence, is growing again and is seeking skilled CPMs and Senior CPMs to join their project leadership team.

In this role, you’ll oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple clinical studies, working closely with sponsors, sites, and internal specialists to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. You’ll be part of a collaborative organisation that values initiative, clear communication, and a solutions‑focused mindset.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading clinical trials from study start-up through close-out
• Acting as the primary contact for sponsors and study sites
• Managing timelines, risk, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
• Overseeing multiple early‑phase studies across varied therapeutic areas
• Contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in life sciences or a related field
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in CRO or pharma, including significant early‑phase exposure
• Proven ability to manage clinical projects independently
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Adaptability and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Full Australian working rights required
