CNC Operator

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a CNC Machinist to work at a company located in the Clarklake, MI area! Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Location: Clarklake, MI Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $15.50-$17.50+/hr (Higher starting pay based on experience) Shift Options 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description: Join a growing manufacturer as a CNC Machinist, producing high quality precision components. This facility manufactures both high-volume production parts and specialized short-run components. Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines and automated production equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts from machines Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as clean machine parts Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Work overtime on weekends as needed to meet production demands Qualifications:Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Experience operating CNC machines is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Must be able to read and interpret documents such as; work rules, safety rules, operating and maintenance Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Meet expectations and requirements of; data entry, production, safety and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
