Our AI & Data team is receiving more requests such as "I want to create an integrated data analysis platform" and "I want to speed up analytics." We are looking to strengthen our organization by welcoming both consultants and specialists, including data scientists and data architects.

Job Description
In response to the growing complexity of business needs, we provide consulting services to those seeking to reconstruct their internal data infrastructure, enhance their analysis systems, and collaborate on advanced technologies like AI. The role involves:

- Collaborating with a consulting team beyond IT, engaging with clients from a management perspective to determine suitable technologies and systems for their business objectives.
- Formulating high-level strategies and providing solution implementation, managed services, and hosting.
- Offering training as required by clients, addressing issues from their manifestation in a variety of areas, and selecting appropriate solutions.

#### Labs and Development
- Access to global asset examples and analytics visualization.
- Workshops ("Greenhouses") designed for clients to learn about visual analytics and relevant tools and technologies.
- Development of members as business consulting specialists or technology consultants, leveraging individual strengths.

#### Responsibilities
- Actively participate in developing new solutions and activities that create customer value.
- Communicate proactively with various stakeholders to drive project deliveries and orders in the Technology Strategy area and related fields.

Requirements

- **English Language Proficiency**: Ability to read and write English; preferably with a TOEIC score of 700 or above. Ability to conduct telephone and video conferences is preferred.

Japanese - N1or Native 
- **Consulting and Implementation Experience**:
  - Experience in metadata management, ETL, and content management.
  - Experience in analytics consulting or development of analytics-related systems.
  - Knowledge of data science (statistics, machine learning) and experience in data analysis programming (Python, R, etc.).
  - Experience in AI consulting or development of AI-related systems.
  - Experience in IoT consulting or development of IoT-related systems.

Special Preferences
- Experience in consulting on data strategy, data management, BI, analytics, and AI at a consulting company.
- Experience in building BI, Data Lake, DWH, metadata management, ETL, and AI (e.g., Watson) at an IT vendor.
- Experience in constructing a data analysis platform on cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in various types of data analysis within a business context.
