What you can expect
You will design and build full-stack Quality Management solutions for Zoom’s Contact Center platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to integrate scalable, AI-powered features. Your work will improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
About the Team
Our team develops intelligent Quality Management tools for contact centers. We collaborate closely across engineering, product, and design. We exist to help organizations coach, evaluate, and empower their teams.
What we’re looking for
4+ years of demonstrated expertise in backend development using Java or related technologies to build distributed systems effectively.
Gain practical experience with contemporary frontend frameworks like React or TypeScript to develop seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing RESTful APIs, data structures, and scalable application frameworks.
Demonstrate expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centered, high-quality software solutions.
Integrate or utilize AI/ML services to improve automation and product intelligence effectively.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills while addressing complex technical challenges independently.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
