About the Role Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of complementary medicines, vitamins, and health supplements, producing a wide range of products including tablets, hard and soft gel capsules, liquids, powders, creams, gels, and probiotics. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced cleanroom environment, operating equipment and performing quality checks to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced cleanroom environment, operating equipment and performing quality checks to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
We are looking for operators with a background in one or more of the following:
- Compressing (tablet and hard-shell capsule production)
- Dispensing, granulation, and blending
- Coating
- Liquids, powders, and bottles
- Soft gel capsules
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment following SOPs
- Dismantle, clean, and set up machinery and equipment
- Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and cleaning
- Maintain GMP compliance and contribute to continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support the team during changeovers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and basic numeracy/literacy skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, regulated setting
- Comfortable working in environments where dust may be present (relevant to certain roles)
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required
- Immediate start with onsite car parking
